Our Services
OS Reinstallation
$100
If your device is running slowly or you would simply like to start from scratch, we can reinstall MacOS or Windows, and in the process upgrade to the latest compatible version. This includes operating system updates as well as driver downloads.
Data Recovery
$75
If your device won’t allow you to enter the operating system we can help with recovering your data. There will be cases where recovery is not possible for us, such as when there’s hardware issues with the drive itself. There is no charge if we can’t recover anything.
OS Reinstallation + Data Transfer
$150
This service includes the full OS reinstallation, as well as the transfer of any data. This includes documents, photos, videos, etc. We cannot transfer applications.
OS Cloning
$150
If you have specific applications or settings that you would like to maintain when upgrading to a different device, we can clone the drive, and it will appear on the new device exactly as it did on the previous one. This process isn’t always successful, and there may be some applications that require reactivation.
SSD Upgrade
$125+
If your device is still using a spinning disk drive or hard drive, you can upgrade to an SSD to improve boot times, and overall performance. The price is dependent on SSD size, with the smallest size being 128GB. You can purchase an SSD from us or bring your own.
